The High Five Arm Wrestling Championship follows a double elimination format meaning that all adult competitors need to lose twice to be eliminated from the tournament. To compete you must have placed top 3 in one of the qualifier tournaments hosted around the world or won your class year Arnold Classic Arm Wrestling Championship.

*THIS TOURNAMENT IS PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY! WE DO NOT TAKE LATE REGISTRATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS AT THE EVENT!

All matches will be held either on the main stage expo stage or booth 401 inside the Arnold Expo at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Schedule

Thursday February 27: Weigh-ins, 3pm-5pm

Friday February 28: Preliminaries, 9am-6pm @ Booth 401

Saturday, March 1: Right hand finals, 9am-10am @ main stage, round robins 10:30 am – 6 pm @ Booth 401

Sunday, March 3: Left hand finals and super matches, 10am-12pm, super matches 12:30 – 4 pm @ Booth 401

Spectators

Spectators attending the tournament to watch or support friends must buy a expo wristband at the venue which also will allow you access to the rest of the expo and halls. Competitors will receive their expo wristband when checking-in to compete at the tournament which will allow them access as well to the rest of the expo and hall.
